Bedroom units run 8–10 hours a night and clog on a six-month cycle. Cleaning all of them in one visit is where the per-unit price drops — most Sukhumvit bookings are 2–3 units.

Condensers sit on building ledges or in service balconies with rules about access. We coordinate with the juristic office, bring our own harness where needed, and wash the outdoor coil as part of the clean.

Sukhumvit has Bangkok's highest concentration of Airbnbs. 'AC not cold' is the guest complaint that arrives at 11pm — HostCool call-outs here are a big part of our day.
Does my juristic office need to approve the visit?+
Usually just a contractor sign-in at the lobby. Tell us the building and we handle the paperwork and elevator booking before the day.
