How our pricing works
One clean price, set by the number of units — whatever the brand. Daikin, Mitsubishi, Carrier, LG, Saijo Denki: a wall-mounted split is a wall-mounted split. Count your units, see your price, book. Every unit gets the full protocol — filter, coil, blower, drain — and the photo report.
The exceptions: repairs, refrigerant and installations are quoted in writing after the ฿590 diagnostic — waived when you go ahead with the repair. Cassette, ducted and VRF systems get a free site survey.
The cool-again guarantee: if a unit we cleaned isn't cooling properly within 30 days, we come back and fix it. Free. Every time.

How does per-unit pricing work?+
Count the indoor units and pick the matching row — that's the price for all of them in one visit. No survey needed to quote, no adjusting the number afterward.
Is deep chemical wash included in the clean?+
The standard clean washes filter, coil and blower in place, which is right for a unit cleaned in the last year. A deep chemical wash removes the blower wheel and strips everything — it's a separate service from ฿1,290 per unit, and one is included per unit on the 4-Visit Year Package.
What does a repair cost?+
The diagnostic visit is ฿590 and is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a fixed written quote before any work — common repairs like capacitors, fan motors and PCB boards run ฿1,500–6,000 including parts.
Why do you pressure-test before adding gas?+
A sealed system never runs low. If it's low, it's leaking — topping up without finding the leak means paying again in three months. The test is included in the refrigerant price.
What happens if it's not cold after the clean?+
On any year package the guarantee runs the whole year. One-time cleans carry a 30-day cool-again guarantee. Either way, we come back free and find out why.
What if I move house or want to stop?+
We refund your unused visits, no questions asked. Packages are a bundle of visits valid for 12 months — not a contract.
Are cleaning chemicals or equipment charged extra?+
Never. Biodegradable coil cleaner, wash bags, pressure washer and the photo report are included in every price you see.

Sites above 8 units and any cassette, ducted or VRF system get a free survey with a fixed quote on the spot. Request one via the contact page.
