How long does it take?+
About 45 minutes per wall-mounted unit, including photos and readings. Three units is a comfortable two-hour visit.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?+
Just clear a metre or so under the unit. We bring drop sheets, ladders and everything else and leave the room exactly as we found it.
Will you check the gas?+
Yes — a pressure reading is part of every clean and goes in your report. If it's low, we'll tell you it's a leak and quote the fix rather than topping up blindly.
